COVID-19 Update from Pampered Pet Inn (3/22/2020)
We will remain open to serve you and your pet in limited capacity throughout the pandemic. We are following CDC recommendations and are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our team, customers, and guests.
We will continue to offer Grooming, Boarding, and Day Lodging services as usual.
Doggie Day Camp is suspended until further notice. We will extend package expiration dates for all packages by however long Day Camp needs to be closed.
We are limiting our lobby hours to Monday-Saturday 7:30 am until 11:00 am until further notice. We will be available for pick up or drop off outside of this time, by appointment only.
Reservations may be made in the following ways:
1. Request reservations through your customer portal
2. Email us! email@example.com
3. Text us! 713-322-3924
Your customer portal will still be available to you 24/7 if you would like to request new reservations or purchase store credit for future use.
