How to Create a New Client Profile on Our Client Portal

We understand that working with an online system can be confusing at times, but the convenience of being able to input your own information into our system and request your own reservations is unmatched! Keep reading for step-by-step instructions on how to create your very own Pampered Pet Resorts client profile.

1. Visit www.PamperedPetResortsTX.com

If you're reading this, you're already here! 

2. Click the 'Reserve' button at the top of the site.

3. Scroll down to the login page. Click "Are you a new customer?"

4. From there, the system will walk you through all of the information we will need to care for your pampered pets!

It's helpful to include any information about your pet regarding medical conditions, feeding instructions, medication instructions, incidents of aggression, and a photo so it's easy for our staff to identify your animal in the case of an emergency! The more information we have, the better care we can provide in any situation.

5. Upload your pet's vaccination information.

We need updated vaccination records in order to care for any pet. Without them, you could be denied services at our facilites. Once your profile is created and you have input all of your pet's information, click the 'Upload Files' button located in the 'Quick Actions' section. Drag and drop your files to upload them to our system!

6. Sign our House Rules and Services Agreement. 

The HRSA is a document that outlines all of our policies and requirements for service from Pampered Pet Resorts. The HRSA is intended to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding our house rules and our obligations to you as our client! Without having a signed HRSA, you could be denied service from our facilities, so it is essential to have this document signed as soon as possible. 

To access your HRSA and sign it digitally, click 'My Account' > Agreements. Click 'View' and the site will allow you to sign after you have read through the document!
